The Program was kicked-off by Mary Shult recognizing the members of the committee.

Then Roger Heathcote explained the technology he invented that was used to provide the 3D Class of 56 image on the back of the reunion book.

Duane Hoffmann introduced our honored guests, Joe and Dorothy (Nee "Miss Lacy") St Thomas and Mary McMahon.

Joe and Dorothy St Thomas laughed when told that the "Class of '56 was the MOST SUCCESSFUL class EVER!"

(At the end of the program, after all the supporting evidence was in, all guests recognized that this WAS the most successful class ever.)

Carol Scheiding

Carol Scheiding then asked her classmates to solve a 50 year-old mystery.
Carol was working at a drive-in and a hearse pulled up with some young men in it. They each ordered something then ordered something for "the guy in the box." She wanted to know who these guys were.

Judy Ryan stood up with the answer to the 50 year old mystery. It turns out that her brother was one of the guys in the hearse. (Judy was quite animated in her answer.)

In the meantime, Dale Rowe was setting up the computer and projector for the " Class of '56, The Most Successful OHS Class Ever " show.

Once the show setup was complete, Dale started the presentation with gusto!

Winners of the Coolest Guy and Coolest Gal from the Class of '56 were announced (Based On Recent Photos).

The presentation started with the claim:The class of '56 was the most successful OHS class-EVER!
|
The criterion for measuring success came out of Mary McMahon's 1954-55 Junior English class.
|
Many vocations were selected by our classmates.
